Vessel Description

Condor was originally built in Holland, then moved to Solent where she has been a reassuring and familiar sight on the start and finish lines of regatta’s around the Solent from the 1990’s through to 2020. She is a comfortable cruising motor yacht with a rich history and huge potential for her next owner. This 42ft steel hull motor boat, is designed for comfortable cruising and can also serve as a liveaboard. With ample guest accommodation, Condor is spacious, versatile, and exceptionally well-equipped. She features a double cabin forward with a memory foam mattress, providing a comfortable and restful sleeping area. The salon is light and airy, comfortably seating five people, and the table can be converted into an additional berth. Opposite the galley, there are two full length bunks, offering more sleeping accommodation. The galley itself is well-equipped with a fridge, oven with grill and microwave ensuring you have all the amenities needed for cooking onboard. Condor is known for her stability and excellent visibility whether on deck or from the saloon. Making her a safe and pleasant vessel to navigate in any weather. She is powered by a recently serviced 6-cylinder Ford engine, delivering a reliable cruising speed of 7 knots and for close quarters manoeuvring she has a powerful bow thruster. The boat boasts updated electrics, Raymarine instruments and chart plotter, GPS, compass, and a fixed VHF both ondeck and in the salon for efficient navigation and communication. Comfort is ensured with hot water, heating and well-equipped galley and heads. In 2017, the interior was completely stripped; all electrics replaced and upgraded, new batteries, all new soft furnishing, headlining, flooring, galley, electric toilet and shower, bunk installed opposite the galley and Eberspacher heating system installed. In 2023, the masts were removed, and the hull, topside and decks repainted and new spray hood and sun awning fitted. This motor yacht is in good order and ready for her next adventure. Whether you are looking for a cruiser, a liveaboard or a vessel to explore the canals and waterways of Europe with her shallow draft, Condor is the perfect choice.
